And the end result is exactly the same ? twenty dollars. The point that I am trying to make here is that small steady profits add up. I am not saying you?ll never have a big winning trade. In Options trading for example, it?s quite a common occurrence to make profits of 100 in just one trade. So, it?s not entirely impossible to get the big profits. It is just being unrealistic to expect big profits all the time and its not something you should count on all the time. For if you continually expect profits like this all the time and will not accept nothing less, all you?re doing is setting yourself up for guaranteed disappointment. The guaranteed key to profitable trading success is by making small but consistent profits. Consistency is the key, because if your profits are consistent and predictable,therefore, you will learn with experience when to exit exactly with a profit. How much more fun can life be when you are young, singing your heart out, discovering wonderful music, singing fabulous parts, seeing the world, flying across the planet, discovering new cultures, new cities and new people ? Oh, and by the way making some good money ...

Well, it is fun...for a while. As much as I loved this kind of existence, and singing is one of the most complete and demanding disciplines, something inside of me did not feel fulfilled. I had talents that I did not exploit and the singing nevertheless did not allow me to relate in a materialistic way to the world.

I needed more liberating concerns than getting up every morning hoping I had slept enough and that my voice and body was ready to perform not only for the show but as well for my daily rehearsals on stage with the conductors.

Famous is the solitude that comes with this type of life and as the years passed by, I felt less and less motivation for it. Then what? Without children or even a private life, in the world of opera with its difficulties to find subsidies...and its recent ?seriousness? and anonymity...!

Motivation for Losing Weight

Get ready to think. A lot. By the end, you?ll understand the reason why. In the 14 years that I have been a fitness professional and helped people lose weight, much has changed. The methods used today to help people lose weight are based on a lot more knowledge, research, and real-world experience. In fact, dropping body fat has never been easier. Immeasurably better exercise programming, strong awareness of the need for crucial recovery, greatly improved nutrition research: it all adds up to a system that helps people lose weight faster than ever. So, if that?s the case: why are so many giving up after continued attempts at losing weight? The brutally honest answer is a lack of consistency. Because think about it: consistently following a system that has been proven over and over again to cause weight loss? is GOING to cause weight loss! So, next question: if consistency is the issue, why aren?t people consistent? Admittedly, it takes work to lose weight. You?ll need to work hard. You?ll need to choose quality food. You?ll need to rest properly. You?ll even be a little hungry, sometimes, no matter what the latest diet book or guru says. But?(the next logical question): why is it that some people can maintain consistency and successfully lose weight, while others seem unable to do so? For nearly everyone, the answer is? motivation. Nearly every time, it will be the people with an exceptionally strong ?reason why? who achieve their goals and get into new and improved clothing sizes. Knowing this, it?s time to look inside: what is YOUR motivation for fitness, losing weight, being healthy, and improving your body? Is it, in general, to ?look better?? I can assure you that this shallow reason has resulted in failure for nearly everyone we?ve trained. In fact, we don?t train anyone anymore who can only answer their ?reason why? with, ?I want to look better.? Looking better simply is not a strong enough motivator to lose weight. Period. Go back to the drawing board, or more precisely, into the deep recesses of your mind, and find a better reason. Is your reason why so that you can have a better quality of life, making you daily activities easier? Experience shows that not even the ?better quality of life? answer will create consistent action . For some, it takes the deep emotional pain of hearing their children say ?I want to be really big like mommy? or ?I wish my daddy would play with me like your daddy does? before they truly realize what has happened to their body. The reality is that it?s not until people are able to provide a very specific reason for improving their quality of life that consistency begins to shine through . And where consistency shines through, results follow. But we're still not done. Because, unfortunately, time and time again, it is a medical scare or injury that leads to the most successful fat loss efforts. However, by then, for all too many people, it is simply too late. As hard as this is to hear, by this time, it may be over. A fatal heart attack or stroke does not allow someone the opportunity to change their habits, does it? So, truly, the answer to weight loss is this: after finding a STRONG, life-changing, compelling ?reason why? as your motivator, consistently take action and apply the proven principles of dropping body fat. It?s simple, really. Find the most emotional, most life-changing, most rewarding or most painful reason to change your body. Either way, when you truly FEEL those emotions, you should either want to jump up and down and tell everyone (reward-based motivation), or you should be shedding tears (pain-based motivation). Do you truly want consistency? Find reasons on BOTH ends of the motivation spectrum! If you can achieve that, your likelihood of success increases beyond measure. Spend time thinking about this. Get out a notebook and write down your answers for your ?reason why?. Pray and ask God to reveal your deepest emotions, both positive and negative. The keyword doesn't have anything to do with the page theme. Though, since the keyword is popular, they think this will increase their visibility. This method is considered spam by the search engines and may cause the page (or even the whole site) to be removed from the search engine listing.

5. Inappropriate Choice of Keywords.
 
Used correctly, keyword selection is almost certainly one of the critical elements of site design. Choose the right keywords and customers will find your site. Use the wrong ones, your site will see little, if any traffic.

6. Repeating the Same Keywords.
 
When you use the same keywords over and over again (called keyword stacking) the search engines may demote (or skip) the page or site .

7. Using Concealed Text.
 
You might think that if you cannot see them, it doesn't matter. Incorrect. Don't try to hide your keywords or keyword phrases by making them invisible. For example, by making the keywords the same color as the background of the web page.

8. Using Tiny Text.
 
This is a variation of the item above (relying on hidden text. Don't try to conceal your keywords or keyword phrases by making them tiny. Making the size of the keywords so small that they can hardly be seen causes an alert to be raised.

9. Keyword Stuffing.
 
Rather like keyword stacking mentioned above, this means to add unrelated keywords to the description of a graphic or tag by using the "alt=" HTML descriptor. If the search engines find that this text does not actually describe the graphic or tag it will be considered spam.

10. Assuming All Search Engines Are The Same.
 
Many people take for granted that each search engine adopts by the same rules. This is not so. Each has its own rule base and these are subject to change anytime they so wish. Make it a point to learn what each major search engine requires for gaining a high ranking.
